I’m not sure. I know most perfume blgrgeos have the Captcha, so I think I’m okay. It wipes out comments occasionally on slow computers, but it beats having 300+ spam comments a day about penis enlargement contraptions to sift through while taking the risk of deleting a good comment.

Four out of Eight Billion. I think I could probably figure out how to buy a lottery ticket, I sure don’t know I could figure out how to vote illegally.

The thing is, I don’t think figures from ’02-’06 represent the full (cumulative) effect of changes in registration verification (or purge) on the final vote tally enabled by the “Help America Vote” Act which will be in effect for this election cycle. This is not to mention the effects of the DOJ prosecutor purge and invasion of the Civil Rights Division body snatchers.

The entire nearly 666 thousand new voter registrations in Ohio have been challenged by Republicans calling for a comparison with DMV records on all of them. 200,000 registrations have been caught in that net, all of which may be due to typographical errors (and such) which have nothing to do with eligibility to vote.

I know a lady who was deregistered due to not having voted in recent elections, though she’s lived at the same address for years. How many will not discover they have been deregistered until too late? In my state the registration deadline was last week.
